[Conglomerate] What is Conglomerate - Part 2

I've rewritten the front pages of the Conglomerate website, positioning
it as a user-friendly XML editor.

The website is now updated, with the funky new skin and lots of new
screenshots - thanks Jeff, Joakim, and everyone else who helped!

I now want to focus on stabilising Conglomerate for its 0.8 release. If
you want support for CMS systems, please file them as enhancement
requests in Bugzilla, so that we don't lose these ideas.

PS Looks great in Opera 7.11 on debian sarge, as well.
